Located in Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties, The Piazza is a massive 1,250+ unit apartment complex with exceptional residences and amenities, as well as a variety of public spaces for the community. Vetrina Windows designed and manufactured a full range of custom fenestration products for the living spaces, common areas, and commercial parts of the complex.
Designed as a new standard in city living, The Piazza’s architects paid special attention to the interrelation of light and air, and their role in the lives of inhabitants. To ensure the result matches the designers’ imagination exactly, the project developers approached Vetrina Windows for design and manufacturing of windows, doors, and curtain walls throughout the complex.
Vetrina integrated custom-made aluminum commercial storefronts, curtain walls, and Tilt & Turn windows for the living areas and public spaces, including lobbies, gyms, cowering spaces, recreation and commercial retail areas.
Special wood veneer finishes are used on the aluminum frames throughout the common area of the Piazza Alta complex
Residents of The Piazza enjoy an abundance of natural light, owing to oversized windows with panoramic views designed by Vetrina Windows, using our flagship COR 60 Hidden Sash system as the basis, with custom improvements to fit architectural, aesthetic, and functional requirements of project developers.
