Presidential City, one of Philadelphia’s most prestigious 20th century landmarks, epitomizes the vision of crafting a world-class living experience. Creatively reimagined to accommodate the lifestyles of urban-paced commuters and community-minded residents, the massive high-rise complex includes four 12-story buildings and 265 apartment units. Vetrina specializes in breakthrough window and door products that offer a myriad of options to seamlessly blend with any property, bringing curb appeal to your apartments or multifamily homes. Unforgettable and modern looks lead to prospective resident signing the lease, while state-of-the-art windows make them stay for years to come.
Engineered to perform, our aluminum windows look great with any exterior, and include cutting edge features that allow for easy operation and maintenance, reliability, thermal performance, energy conservation through low air infiltration, exceptional aesthetic qualities and low cost. Designed to last, our products feature thick walls, multi-chamber construction for award-winning strength and a lifetime of service.
While standard windows may bend and crack over time, Vetrina's aluminum windows have a reputation for holding strong and performing admirably well under stress without showing signs of age or wear. We work with local, state and federal housing authorities to meet strict sustainability, energy-efficiency and budget requirements
Light yet strong, aluminum windows and doors can be configured into a wide variety of combinations. The narrowness of the frame places the focus on the glass and subsequently, the view it offers. Vetrina's aluminum frames are available in a wide range of powder coat finishes that produce long lasting color. Our aluminum windows can be custom built to address specific design requirements, and have the flexibility to suit a multitude of projects ranging from custom homes to heavy duty commercial applications, including transportation hubs, multifamily hosing, retail and public spaces, education facilities, etc.
We use aluminum to provide a virtually maintenance-free exterior that resists the elements. Its high-definition details and versatility gives us the ability to provide any color you can imagine in practically any shape. Our pioneering process of extruding the aluminum gives you a thicker, stronger cladding than many of our competitors.
Our Tilt & Turn and Sliding options offer an economical solution that is durable enough for high-use developments such as condos and commercial high-rises. Available retrofit/replacement options are another considerable strength of our products.
All windows and sliding glass doors go through a rigorous QA process that results in an AAMA classification. The ability to test components and assembled products is crucial to the quality and performance of our products. Thanks to our experience and history in blast mitigation technologies, we work with a reputable independent testing lab, the purpose of which is to make sure that our parts and processes are held to the highest standard of quality. Structural, architectural, impact and weather test results for all products are available upon request.
