The Bentley is a landmark destination that offers a unique style of living – the best of worlds; a rich blend of traditional architecture with the latest contemporary features. The Bentley was erected in 1917 and was originally constructed as the grand Sprucemont Hotel. After a restoration in 2016, the Bentley become an urban retreat. Pre-war opulence and modern style merge in apartments filled with such sought-after architectural features as high ceiling and oversized Tilt & Turn windows.
Concerned with energy efficiency and design flexibility, the designers of Vetrina, integrated custom-made aluminum commercial storefront and Tilt & Turn windows. Vetrina also provided windows design which jointly replaced the original, without the need for costly custom extrusions. With plans featuring an impressive 17 stories tall building, Vetrina’s team was up to the task. Working closely with the builder, the mission of this challenging installation was achieved, with stunning results.
