Vetrina Windows is proud to have been working with Post Brothers Development on the Irvine Apartments building - a 150+ unit mixed use multifamily project in West Philadelphia. We've replaced old windows with custom-designed, durable floor-to-ceiling aluminum frames featuring operable tilt & turn models and integrated louvers for a safe and convenient living experience.

This restored building is situated on Baltimore Avenue, part of a historic and vibrant neighborhood in West Philadelphia. The remodeled structure needed to integrate seamlessly into the traditional vision of the surrounding community while providing modern amenities. In the renovation of the windows for The Irvine Apartments building, both style and construction were carefully evaluated. To achieve this design, Vetrina Windows architectural consultants collaborated with our design team.

Architects working on The Irvine Apartments building recommended Vetrina’s Tilt & Turn windows, as they offer a higher structural rating and great functionality. Also, these types of windows are easy to customize and are perfect as custom solutions for retrofitting existing frameworks. The building opened for residents in 2020.
