Vetrina Windows is proud to announce a fruitful collaboration with the developers at The Crest Group and Kossar + Garry Architects that produced an 11-story, 11-unit residential building at 1402 York Avenue, located between East 74th and 75th streets on the Upper East Side. The affordable multifamily housing structure is aimed at low-income communities in New York City, and includes "homeownership" units, meaning tenants can pay rent towards eventual ownership of their apartments. The building includes modern amenities, garage, laundry, a rooftop terrace, and gym.
Modern appliances and spacious walk-in closets make the new condos into cozy uptown residences, with a beautiful glass and brick facade. The project developers approached Vetrina Windows seeking an affordable all-in-one modern solution that would also be ultra-reliable and exceptionally easy to operate, including by people with disabilities. Upon reviewing the specifications and inspecting the site, Vetrina engineers settled on one of our most versatile and economical models - the Ardmore Series Industrial aluminum windows.
