Vetrina Windows was contracted to design and manufacture a comprehensive range of replacement windows for a large office building in Washington, DC. Most of the building features tall, uniformly spaced rectangular windows that needed to be replaced with modern, energy-efficient, and more durable aluminum windows. These new windows would not only enhance the building's appearance but also provide the modern functionality of tilt and turn operability. Aluminum storefronts were also designed and constructed by Vetrina Windows for the ground-floor retail spaces.
1630 Connecticut Avenue NW was constructed in the early 1980’s and acquired by Douglas Development in the late 1990’s.
