Our partners at Tester Construction are working on a complete overhaul of a commercial space at 124 S Maple St. in Ambler, PA. Canno Design redesigned this early 20th century 30,000 square feet office space, giving it a clean modern facade and open floor plans. The eight business tenants will enjoy new energy efficient rooftop HVAC units, and an added 3rd floor patio which rests above a redesigned entryway consisting of a new curtain wall and glass canopy, designed and manufactured by Vetrina Windows.
Vetrina Windows had manufactured and delivered almost 100 fixed window units based on our Delran Series Hidden Sash aluminum window system. These windows come with 1” thick Low-E insulated glass that will yield meaningful energy savings by trapping warmth inside in the winter, and keeping it outside in the summer. The expansive aluminum windows will provide maximum natural light and optimal ventilation for the space.
Vetrina’s Delran Series aluminum system provides excellent security using multipoint locking mechanisms, smooth operation, and minimal maintenance. Structurally sound aluminum profiles will withstand all weather conditions and can be manufactured in a variety of sash and operation configurations, such as fixed, tilt-and-turn, casement, awning, hopper, and side-hung. Additionally, Vetrina uses the AAMA 2604 powder coating process to produce an infinite range of RAL finishes, including different colors on the interior and exterior faces of the sash.
