The Lofts at The Wolf Building is rebranding as a luxury apartment complex in Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood with over 90 newly renovated and constructed loft units. Vetrina Windows is outfitting the building with brand-new aluminum windows as part of the renovation based on our Delran Series 60mm window system. Please note, for now only the project's first phase (lower levels) has been completed - we will update this page as the project progresses.
For this renovation project, Vetrina Windows had to modify our Delran Series 60mm aluminum window system and adapt it to the client’s specifications. The newly installed fixed and awning aluminum windows offer several benefits. Fixed windows maximize natural light and provide expansive views while enhancing thermal efficiency since they are completely sealed, reducing air leakage. Awning windows, when strategically placed, allow for controlled ventilation even during light rain, promoting better airflow without compromising security. The use of aluminum framing ensures durability, minimal maintenance, and resistance to urban pollutants and weather conditions. Additionally, the combination of these window types creates a modern industrial aesthetic, complementing the building’s architectural style while improving energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
The Delran Series 600mm system is an excellent choice for urban apartment complexes due to its combination of thermal efficiency, aesthetic versatility, and structural performance.
