These stunning newly constructed townhomes, developed by Aviron Partners, are located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Brewerytown. Positioned on a 70-foot-deep lot, each meticulously designed residence features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an open-concept floor plan that seamlessly extends into an expansive backyard. The project’s designers envisioned well-lit interiors that required lots of large windows, and the stylistically modern exterior called for a streamlined, slim frame and sash lines, made possible by Vetrina’s Delran Series 60mm aluminum window system with hidden sash configuration.
For this project Vetrina Windows manufactured a range of fixed, tilt & turn, and casement windows, featuring black frames, which contrast against the brick and siding materials. The larger windows on the lower floors allow ample natural light into the living spaces, while the smaller, horizontally oriented windows on the upper floors contribute to a contemporary aesthetic.
The single and double-paned aluminum windows were built using our energy-efficient Delran Series hidden sash system, which is designed to complement the clean, geometric lines of the modern façade. Delran Series windows are an excellent choice for modern townhomes due to their superior thermal and acoustic insulation, sleek aesthetics, and durability.
