Vetrina Windows designed, constructed, and installed a custom motorized aluminum pergola from our Bioclimatic Vista Series on a backyard poolside patio in a private residence in Doylestown, PA. Its motorized louvered roof provides adjustable sun and shade control, allowing guests to enjoy natural light and ventilation or create a fully shaded retreat.
When closed, the waterproof louvers protect the space from rain, keeping outdoor furniture and guests dry during unexpected showers. The louvers' ability to tilt also promotes natural air circulation, helping to reduce heat buildup and maintain a cooler environment, particularly on hot summer days.
The Vista pergola can be equipped with sensors to monitor environmental factors such as rain, wind, and snow. These sensors enable automatic adjustments of the slats and other features to maintain optimal comfort and protection, responding dynamically to changing weather conditions.
