TPV-52 FACADE
The TPV-52 is a hybrid system that includes the best properties of the SG-52 and TP-52 systems. It’s based on combining the pressure cover on the horizontal gaskets, with the glazing being fixed using special clips and an additional U profile on its vertical edges. The TPV-52 system is uniquely suited for large and heavy glazing modules. The wide range of profiles and union options allows for a variety of facade solutions, such as vertical, inclined, corner, and polygonal, with the maximum glazing capacity of up to 2”. The base profiles range from 5/8" to 10" in mullions, and 7/8" to 10" in transoms.

CONCEALED PROJECTING OPENING
With a visible section of only 2", the TPV-52 facade system features pronounced vertical lines and is designed to accommodate glazing capacity of up to 2”, which combined with sets of PVC thermal breaks of up to 30mm thick, and optional EPDM gaskets, offers unbeatable thermal and acoustic performance, as well as great energy efficiency, approaching U value of 0.1. Special drainage channels and moisture evacuation mechanisms make it an ultimate weathertight facade system suitable for a wide range of applications, including those that require accommodation of large and heavy glazing modules.
