TPV-52 FACADE

The TPV-52 is a hybrid system that combines some of the best aspects of the SG-52 and TP-52 systems, making it uniquely suited for large and heavy glazing modules.

The TPV-52 Facade system is based on combining the pressure cover on the horizontal gaskets, with the glazing being fixed using special clips and an additional U profile on its vertical edges.

The wide range of profiles and union options allows for a variety of facade solutions, such as vertical, inclined, corner, and polygonal, with the maximum glazing capacity of up to 2”.

The base profiles range from 5/8" to 10" in mullions, and 7/8" to 10" in transoms.

With a visible section of only 2", the TPV-52 facade system features pronounced vertical lines and is designed to accommodate glazing capacity of up to 2”, which combined with sets of PVC thermal breaks of up to 30mm thick, and optional EPDM gaskets, offers unbeatable thermal and acoustic performance, as well as great energy efficiency, approaching U value of 0.1.

Special drainage channels and moisture evacuation mechanisms make it an ultimate weathertight facade system suitable for a wide range of applications, including those that require accommodation of large and heavy glazing modules.
