An awning window is a casement window that is hung horizontally, hinged on top, so that it swings outward like an awning. In addition to be used independently, they can be stacked, several in one opening, or combined with fixed glass. They are particularly useful for ventilation.

Vetrina Casement Windows are high quality, durable, easy to operate and maintain solutions for many architectural endeavors. Casement windows feature a 70mm (2-3/4”) frame, and utilize a hinge on one side to open outward. This allows the maximum amount of ventilation and unobstructed views. Multiple units may be combined in a master frame to create a window wall. Casement windows come in several functionality variants: fixed, side hung, and top hung. Available in slim, or heavy duty sash profiles - both offering top thermal performance, and security.
